Baseplay Health Privacy Policy

This policy explains how IVT Innovexa Ltd processes information when an authorized user connects Baseplay Health to Garmin Connect or Apple Health.

Information we process

With the user’s permission, Baseplay Health may process Garmin account identifiers, authorization tokens, workouts, activity details, sleep information, heart-rate information, stress metrics, body measurements, and other health or fitness information the user has chosen to share. Apple Health access is controlled on the user’s device through Apple’s permission system.

How information is used

Information is used to display the user’s health and workout history, calculate personal training and recovery insights, synchronize structured workouts with Garmin Connect, and operate and secure the service. It is not used for advertising.

Sharing and sale

Garmin and health information is not sold. It is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. Service providers may process limited information solely to host, secure, maintain, or support Baseplay Health, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Storage and security

Baseplay Health is designed to keep most health information on the user’s Apple devices. Server-side credentials and synchronization state are limited to what is required for Garmin integration and are protected using access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. A user may revoke Garmin access through Garmin Connect. Users may also request deletion of server-side account information by contacting us.

User choices

Users control Apple Health permissions in iOS and Garmin permissions in their Garmin Connect account. Revoking a connection stops future collection from that service, although information already stored may remain until it is deleted in accordance with this policy.
